Martial arts are frequently thought of as a masculine pursuit. 

Unfortunately, many women either disregard martial arts, or are intimidated by the perception of martial arts as being a boys’ club. 

Kung fu Buffalo has developed small classes exclusively tailored for women. Yes, our fundamentals program will teach you immediate and practical uses for several types of kicking, punching, blocking, throwing, and joint locks. But that is just the beginning of what you will learn.


While learning practical skills for self-defense, you will also gain at a minimum the benefits listed below:

Our class sizes are small (average 6 students) and the number of students we can accept is limited because we believe in quality and individualized instruction. All-women’s classes are forming now for the Fall. 

Call Shifu Dan Della Vella at 716-341-3080 and together we will understand where you are with fitness, and what you seek to accomplish. We have a no pressure beginners class that meets on Monday and Wednesday from 5:00-6:00pm.
